Last updated: 13 October 2026

01Who we are

This website, caprics.tech, is operated by Caprics Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Caprics”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is intended to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@caprics.tech.

02Data we collect through the contact form

When you submit the contact form we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name, if you choose to give it;
  • the message you write;
  • technical details sent with the request: your IP address and the date and time of submission.

The form is delivered to our team as an email. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your data. Please do not include sensitive personal data (such as financial, health or identity document details) in your message.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and continue any business conversation you start with us. You give your consent by submitting the form.
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse, using your IP address and a short-lived rate limit.
  • To meet legal obligations, where a law requires us to keep or disclose information.

04Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you submit the contact form, the server may set one strictly necessary session cookie (cfsid) used only to limit repeated submissions; it expires when you close your browser.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy first.

05Who processes your data

We share your data only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, such as our web hosting and email providers, and only as needed to deliver the service. These providers may store data on servers located outside India. We will share data with authorities only where required by law.

06How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Rate-limit records store only a one-way hash of your IP address and are used only for a 30-second window. Our hosting provider may keep server logs for a limited period for security.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it). You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To make a request or raise a grievance, email hello@caprics.tech with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

08Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to people at Caprics who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

09Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
